Student-Athlete Week Sport Accomplishments
Chris Dixon Jan. 7-13 Men's Basketball Scored a career-high 30 points in UNCW's win over George Mason. The win snapped a 9-game losing streak to the Patriots.
Carly Tanner Jan. 14-21 Women's Swimming Won two events and swam on two winning relays as the Seahawks topped host Wingate. Her time in the 100 Breast was a pool record.
Meena Reid Jan. 22-28 Women's Track Reid broke her own school record in the 60 meters with a time of 7.48 at the Patriot Games last weekend.
