The Seahawks will face the Blue Hens Friday in a 2 p.m. neutral-site matinee in Richmond, Va. The game serves as a makeup of their contest that was postponed due to inclement weather in late September. UNCW will return home after its matchup against Delaware to host Georgia State in its season finale Sunday at 1 p.m.

Sunday's contest will also serve as senior day, with the program honoring student-athletes Kelly Dodd, Ashley Dohrer, Chandler Follett, Erin Pardini, Gretchen Scheffe, Meagan Simeone, Laura Shupe and Laura Wilson for their contributions to the Seahawk program.  

UNCW (3-14; 1-8 CAA) will try to finish the 2011 season on a high note after splitting its home games against Northeastern (W 3-0) and Hofstra (L 2-0) last weekend. Junior Stephanie Rose scored twice against the Huskies to move into sole possession of first place on the team's scoring chart with eight points (4 G). Junior Kim Currie added a goal and an assist in the win against NU and now has seven points (3 G 1 A) to her credit this season.

Junior Caitlin Hunter recorded double-digit saves in both contests last weekend, including 10 stops against the Huskies to post her second shutout of the season. Hunter enters the final two games of the regular season with 92 saves to her credit and needs to make just eight more stops to become the fifth keeper in program history to record 100 saves in a season.

Delaware (8-6-3; 4-3-2 CAA) finds itself in the thick of the race for postseason positioning as the Blue Hens begin the weekend one point behind Hofstra for the sixth and final tournament spot with two games remaining. Senior Amy Pickard (9 G, 6 A) and junior Ali Miller (9 G, 2 A) have combined for 24 and 20 points, respectively, to account for half of the team's 88 points this season. The duo enters the final weekend ranked fifth (Pickard) and tied for eighth (Miller) in the league's scoring race.

Senior Breanna Stemler has started all 17 games this season in goal for the Blue Hens and ranks among the league leaders in goals against average (1.28), save percentage (.763) and shutouts (3).

Georgia State (6-12-1; 3-6-1 CAA) heads to the Port City looking to halt a three-game winless streak after shutout losses to Hofstra (2-0) and Northeastern (3-0) at home last weekend eliminated them from postseason consideration. Junior Sarah Bennett (8 G, 3 A) and sophomore Jewel Evans (8 G, 3 A) are tied for the team lead in scoring with 19 points apiece.

Senior Kellianne Collins and Sophomore Rebecca Ingram have split time between the pipes for the Panthers and have combined to post a 1.70 goals against average, a .724 save percentage and one shutout.
