WILMINGTON, N.C. - UNC Wilmington women's basketball coach Ann Hancock will return to the airwaves this season with a weekly appearance on WODR-FM Cool 105.3.

"I am excited to have the opportunity to appear on WODR-FM Cool 105.3 once again this season," said Hancock. "Last year it was amazing to hear how many people had listened to the segment and become fans of both the radio station and the program. Hopefully we can continue to provide an informative and entertaining way for people to learn what UNCW women's basketball is all about."

Hancock is scheduled to be on the air at 9 a.m. every Friday morning as part of a weekly show that is hosted by James Edward Foxx and runs from 6-10 a.m.

Hancock will provide insight into the Seahawks women's basketball program and also discuss relevant topics in the sporting world with Foxx, a former play-by-play announcer at Hancock's alma mater, Wingate.  

Located in Whiteville, N.C., Cool 105.3 plays a variety of Carolina Beach and Oldies music. Its coverage area ranges from Wilmington to Myrtle Beach and inland approximately 60 miles.
