KANNAPOLIS, North Carolina – UNCW senior Payne McLeod’s even-par score of 72-70=142 led the Seahawks and has him tied for 11th overall at the Irish Creek Intercollegiate on Saturday at The Club at Irish Creek.

North Florida is tied with Georgia State for the team lead, both carding two-round totals of 570. The Seahawks enter the final round on Sunday two shots behind Akron and Richmond, who are tied for 14th overall.

MJ Maguire (UNF) and Thomas Rowland (Charlotte) are tied for the medalist lead at four-under-par.

The tournament concludes on Sunday with the final 18 holes.
