CONWAY, South Carolina – UNCW combined to win eight events at the Coastal Carolina Classic, hosted by Coastal Carolina at the CCU Track & Field Facility.

Rachel Quinn and Dakota Foskey posted first-place finishes in the 1500 and 3000 meters, respectively, and the women’s 4x400 Relay of Signe Hardigan, Erin McDaniel, Cara Enright and Meredith Bozzi won with a time of 4:15.02, besting Mount Olive by over 30 seconds.

The rest of UNCW’s wins came in the Jumps and Throws.

Jessica Van Hult topped the field in the High Jump with a mark of 5-5 feet while in the men’s Pole Vault, Harrison Booth won the even with a vault of 14-9.

Trey Jones picked up a win for the men in the Long Jump (22-6.25).

In the Throws, Danielle Tafuri won the women’s Javelin and Ryan Kelly won the men’s Shot Put.

Next up for the Seahawks is the Charlotte Invitational on April 19.
