GREENSBORO, North CarolinaMeena Reid and Cam Walton made their NCAA Regional debuts on Thursday and finished 40th and 42nd in the 100 meters and Long Jump, respectively, at the Irwin Belk Track on the campus of North Carolina A&T.

Reid, who entered the meet as the reigning Colonial Athletic Association champion in the 100 meters, ran in the one of the fastest heats in the meet and clocked in with a time of 11.74 seconds to finish 40th.

Walton, who also earned a CAA Championship in the Long Jump, placed 42nd in with a mark of 21-10 3/4 feet.

The regional continues on Friday with senior David Lindsay competing in the 110 Hurdles for UNCW.
