WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW heads back to the track this weekend when the Seahawks compete at the Coastal Carolina Classic in Conway, S.C.

Junior Cameron White will compete in both the 100 (10.83) and 200 meters (21.92) looking to improve his times as both rank second behind Jeremy Johnson on the program’s top times lists.

In the distance events, Mike Parsons will run in the 3,000 meters, an event that he owns UNCW’s top time (9:12.04) in this season.

Freshman Matthew Foster ranks second in UNCW’s 110 Hurdles times and will look to improve on his time of 14.88 this weekend.

Kevin Webb and Brad Hollowell, UNCW’s top Pole Vaulters, will both compete this weekend. Webb enters the meet ranked 71st in the East and owns UNCW’s top mark at 15-7 feet.

In the Throws, sophomore Ryan Kelly has UNCW’s top mark in the Shot Put at 49-10 feet at the Battle of the Beaches in the spring opener.

On the women’s side, Ashley Wybersky set the team’s best time in the 1,500 meters (4:47.95) at the Winthrop Invitational and looks to improve upon that time this weekend.

Kiyla Herring posted UNCW’s top time in the 400 meter hurdles at the Winthrop Invitational with a time of 1:03.62.

Senior Johnique Fonville has been UNCW’s most consistent performer in the Triple Jump in which she will compete this weekend. She owns UNCW’s top mark this season with a jump of 39-feet.
