ORANGE PARK, Florida - Junior Lori Beth Adams carded a one-over-par 73 to lead UNCW in the second round of the JMU Eagle Landing Invitational Saturday at the Eagle Landing Golf Club.

Adams is part of a seven-way tie for 11th after 36 holes with a four-over-par total of 148 (75-73). Fellow junior Megan Burnham posted a three-over-par 75 on Saturday and is tied for 61st at 12-over-par 156 (81-75). Junior Jeanne Metivier (82-76=158/T-69th), sophomore Mattie Tobey (76-84=160/T-76th) and senior Danielle Lamy (81-80=161/T-80th) completed UNCW's entry.

UNCW combined for a team total of 304 on Saturday and moved up one spot into 14th with a 36-hole total of 617 (313-304). The Seahawks are one shot back of 13th-place Samford (305-311=616) and four strokes off the pace of 12th-place Jacksonville (308-305=613) heading into Sunday's final round.   

First round co-leader Campbell posted a two-over-par total of 290 during the second round to take build a seven-shot cushion over the field with a two-day total of 583 (293-290). Elon is in second with a 36-hole scorecard of 590 (293-297) while East Carolina is one shot back of the Phoenix in third (302-289=591).

East Carolina's F. Gustafsson Spang fired a two-under-par 70 on Saturday to post a 36-hole total of five-under-par 139 (69-70) and take a two-shot lead over Campbell's Tahnia Ravnjak (70-71=141). First-round co-leader Ally McDonald of Mississippi State slipped to third with a one-under result of 143 (69-73) after posting a one-over-par 73 in the second round.  

Final round action in the JMU Eagle Invitational begins Sunday at 8 a.m. The Seahawks will tee off starting at 8:40 a.m.
