WILMINGTON, N.C. - UNC Wilmington's Department of Athletics invites everyone to its inaugural Fanfest celebration on Saturday, Nov. 7, beside Trask Coliseum.

      The free event, scheduled from 4-6:30 p.m., will feature inflatable games, appearances by Sammy C. Hawk, the UNCW Dance Team, and the UNCW Cheerleaders. Fans will also have an opportunity to meet UNCW's student-athletes and listen to music performed by "The Schoolboys."

      Following the event, the UNCW men's basketball team meets North Greenville College in a 7 p.m. exhibition game at Trask Coliseum. Tickets to the contest for children 12-under are $5 with the purchase of an adult ticket on game day only.

      In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in Hanover Hall.
