PRINCETON, N.J. ? Senior John Carr advanced to the finals of the 100 and 200 Meter sprints to lead UNC Wilmington at the ECAC/IC4A Championships in Princeton, N.J., on Saturday.

Carr posted times of 10.74 seconds in the 100 Meters and 21.34 in the 200 Meters to finish fourth and sixth, respectively.

UNCW added a pair of top-10 finishes in the IC4A 400 Hurdles and the 4x400 Relay. Junior Devon Watlington fashioned a time of 52.10, a season-best, and finished seventh in the 400 Hurdles. The relay, meanwhile, also posted a season-best time of 3:12.00 to finish seventh.

Also advancing in the IC4A 400 Meters was junior Jared Clark with a time of 47.55.

In the Decathlon, senior Brian Blumenstein scored 6580 points and finished sixth. Senior Matt Miller finished ninth with 6,306 points.

In the ECAC Championships, senior Shayne Moore moved to the finals of the 100 Meters with a time of 12.06. In the finals, Moore posted a time of 12.01 to finish 12th.
