PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania – UNCW’s men’s Shuttle Hurdle Relay finished fifth in at the Penn Relays and narrowly missed setting a school record in the event on Friday at historic Franklin Field.

The Seahawks posted a time of 59.53 seconds to miss the school standard of 59.52 set earlier this season at the Florida Relays.

The men’s sprint medley relay of Connor Shaw, Brandon McLean, Cody Love and Dylan Skinner took eighth with a time of 3:24.33.

Senior Brent Campbell placed ninth in the Long Jump with a mark of 22-6.25 feet.

The Seahawks next compete at the Colonial Athletic Association championships on May 2-3, in Harrisonburg, Va.
