WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW Head Coach Aidan Heaney and his Seahawks continue Colonial Athletic Association play this Saturday when they host James Madison at 7 p.m. The game opens a brief two-game homestand for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks are coming off a tough three-game road stretch where they went 2-1 following a 2-0 loss at Hofstra, who stands undefeated at home. Overall, UNCW is 5-4-1 and 1-1 in the CAA. James Madison, meanwhile, is 4-5-1 and 0-2 following a 2-1 loss to Delaware Wednesday evening. The Dukes have played the top two teams in the league in Northeastern (L 2-1) and UD.

Junior midfielder Jamie Dell moved to the front of the Seahawks with seven points after his three-point evening at Duke. Dell is tied for the team lead with two goals and heads up the offense with three assists. Also with two goals are Colin Bonner, David Sizemore and Nathaniel Goodwin.

Saturday’s tilt at the UNCW Soccer Stadium will be just the fourth home game of the season for UNCW, who owns a 1-1-1 mark through three home games.

The Seahawks close the brief two-game homestand on Oct. 16 with a 7 p.m. kickoff against Drexel.
