WILMINGTON, North Carolina - Dave Allen and his Seahawks open the spring semester of their schedule on Friday with a dual meet against host North Florida and visiting South Georgia at the UNF Aquatic center.

The meet will be the first for the Seahawks in 2013 and marks their first time in competition since hosting the women's Seahawk Invitational in early December.

During the semester break, the CAA released its top times report and pair of UNCW swimmers hold the top times in two events. Sophomore Valterri Halonen owns the top time in the men's 200 Backstroke while senior Carly Tanner sits atop of the conference in the women's 50 Freestyle.

UNCW visits Wingate on Jan. 19 before returning to the Seahawk Natatorium when its hosts NC State for Senior Day on Jan. 26.
