The UNCW Seahawks will be playing in the 2012 NCAA Baseball
Tournament in the Raleigh, NC Regional. The Seahawks will be taking on
Vanderbilt at 2 pm on Friday, June 1st. NC State and Sacred Heart will be
the other two institutions participating in the event and will play at 7
pm.
The regional will be hosted by NC State and tickets will go
on sale to the general public at 7 pm on May 29th through the NC
State Athletic Ticket Office. Tournament books will only be available for
purchase in advance. Single game tickets will be available at the Doak
Field Daily Park Box Office beginning at 8:30 am on Friday, June 1, if
available. All transactions at Doak Field Daily Park Box Office must be made in cash. There will be no credit card machines at the stadium.
UNCW will receive a very limited ticket allotment that will be
used for UNCW player guests. Any tickets that are available for purchase will
be sold through the host site. Tickets may be purchased from the NC State
Athletic Ticket Office by calling 919-865-1510 or online at the NC
State Athletic Ticket Office Website (beginning at 7 pm on May 29th).
