WILMINGTON, N.C. - The UNC Wilmington Athletics Department is pleased to announce the redesign and launching of its popular web site, UNCWsports.com.

The "new" UNCWsports.com is sleek in design and brings fans all the information on their favorite Seahawk players, coaches and teams. Game reports, statistics, player profiles, as well as video previews and interviews on HawkVision, may all be found on the redesigned site.

"We're very excited about this new look and what it provides for all Seahawk fans," said Kelly Mehrtens, UNCW's athletic director. "UNCWsports.com is our contact with the world, so it's important to have up-to-date, accurate contact available across many platforms. We will continue to seek ways to keep everyone informed about our program."

The web site will soon feature a photo store, allowing Seahawk fans to purchase pictures from recent games for display at home or in the office.
