NEW MARKET, Va. - UNC Wilmington finished sixth in the women's competition and seventh in the men's race at the Colonial Athletic Association Cross Country Championships early Saturday inside historic New Market Battlefield.
William and Mary continued to dominate CAA cross country by winning its 10th consecutive men's title and seventh straight women's crown.
Individually, senior Kathleen Casto led the way for UNCW's women by finishing 13th out of 106 runners with a time of 21:48 on the 6K course. In the men's race, sophomore Wil Zahorodny came in 20th out of 77 entries by recording a 26:04 time over the rolling 8K layout.
