Well,
I don't know about the rest of you but I've been in withdrawal ever since the
season ended. Sure, you have the Sharks or MLB, but it's not the same as
watching our Seahawks at Brooks Field (or on the road for that matter).
It won't be too long until fall practices begin.
Mission Statement
The Dugout Club was created to provide supplemental financial support for the baseball program through current scholarship support, endowed scholarships, and other operational expenditures not normally funded by the athletic department. This financial support is received and administered under the guidance of the UNCW Student Aid Association, and is in compliance with all rules and regulations related to this support by the University, the Colonial Athletic Association, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
The members of the Dugout Club are brought closer to the baseball team through a newsletter, “Dugout Chatter,” that highlights the players, coaches, program, and conference. All Dugout Club members automatically receive membership in the University’s Seahawk Club. By providing financial support, the Dugout Club’s primary goal is to develop the competitive nature of UNCW baseball, both within the CAA and on the national level.
Members also receive a selection of UNCW baseball’s Dugout Club apparel and invitations to events such as the baseball Alumni Weekend, Spring Training Banquet, and opening day. Be a part of the growing tradition that is UNCW Baseball!
