WILMINGTON, North Carolina – UNCW's senior doubles team of Kosta Blank and Chris Cooprider have been named the Colonial Athletic Association's Men's Tennis Doubles Team-of-the-Week for the second time this season.
The tandem, which has compiled a 9-3 record at No. 1 doubles, carries a four-match winning streak into Thursday's home finale against Old Dominion. They were also recognized by the conference on March 5.
Blank and Cooprider are ranked 20th nationally by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association after defeating Georgia State's Lucas Santa Ana and Victor Valente, 8-4, last Saturday.
No. 55 UNCW and No. 68 ODU square off at 2 p.m. at the UNCW courts.
